  191.              Conference Moderators (CM) and Conference Hosts (CH).
  192.  
  193. The Conference Moderator is the Network Coordinator's designated
  194. representative. Moderators are the system operators of electronic
  195. telecommunications systems that are homes to ADAnet conferences. 
  196. Duties of the Conference Moderator shall include:
  197.  
  198.             (a) administrate conferences and designate Conference Hosts,
  199.             
  200.             (b) maintainance as needed on conferences,
  201.             
  202.             (c) advise the Network Coordinator regarding conference
  203. problems. The Network Coordinator will appoint the Conference Moderator
  204. to serve at his pleasure, for any length of term.
  205.  
  206.         2.  Conference Hosts are designated by the Conference Moderator.
  207. Conference Hosts are responsible for their conferences and guide the
  208. discussion areas. Their duties include: 
  209.  
  210.             (a) provide bulletins to nodes carrying their conference for
  211. the purpose of clarification and/ or information;
  212.  
  213.             (b) define what should and should not be discussion areas
  214. within each ADAnet conference; and
  215.  
  216.             (c) provide guidance to all concerned with legal
  217. responsibilities and/or disclaimers. The Host may be responsible for
  218. providing to the Conference Moderator a description of the conference,
  219. it's aims, and the scope of the conference.
  220.  
  221.         3.  The Conference Host for the Network Administration
  222. Conference, or any conference or device used by ADAnet as a administrative
  223. net-wide Electronic Mail and message distribution channel which services
  224. all nodes within ADAnet, is the Network Coordinator. An Assistant Network
  225. Coordinator may be appointed by the Network Coordinator with the advise 
  226. and consent of DLF to act as the Assistant Host of the Network
  227. Administration Conference.
